Don't Forget Michael Jackson's Kids
What's next for Michael Jackson's kids? Bloggers haven't forgotten about Prince Michael, 12, Paris, 11, and Blanket, 7, whose life has been strange already and is bound to get stranger. "Other than governesses, they never had a mother figure," writes Daily Intel. "Debbie Rowe, the mother of Prince Michael and Paris, was once married to Jackson but later gave up custody and was not allowed to be a part of her children's lives...Blanket was reportedly born via a surrogate, and the involvement of Jackson's sperm in any of their births has been questioned by biographers." Radar Online says the children will most likely be placed in the custody of MJ's mother, but for now they're in LA with a nanny. Strollerderby says that the children's godparents may step in--"Mark Lester (the star of Oliver), the godfather of one or two of the children, told MSNBC that he is ready to fulfill his godfatherly duties saying 'I'm here for them 24/7, so whatever they need, they'll get from me.'"
It's s reported that Elizabeth Taylor and Macaulay Culkin are godparents to the older children as well."As everyone else mistily reminisces about Thriller and his other musical milestones, all I can think about are those kids," writes Time Out New York Kids Blog. "I just hope they're able to find some kind of peace and stability.
