Sarah Palin's book, Going Rogue: An American Life, will be released on November 17, and Oprah has nabbed an exclusive November 16 interview with Ms. Rogue herself: "With syndication in 215 domestic stations and 147 countries, The Oprah Winfrey Show is touting it as a 'world exclusive,'" reports Washington Wire. Last year, Oprah was campaigning for Obama and refused to have Palin on her show, but now she may help Palin sell some books--and The TV Guy and More thinks that because "the interview will air during the important November ratings period...Palin should help Winfrey, too." The Swamp wonders whether Oprah's questions will "take a different tack than Katie Couric's took"--but it's unclear whether "different tack" means harder (for Palin) or easier. Conservatives4Palin is feeling pretty positive: "The odd couple need not enter BFF status, but Oprah--more than any person on the planet--will be able to humanize Gov. Palin to people predisposed to dislike her." We'll have to see, but "no matter how you feel about Palin, or Winfrey," writes Daily Intel, "this is going to be a great piece of television."
