Jim Maule is a Professor of Law at the Villanova University School of Law. He is the author of more than a dozen BNA Tax Management Porfolios, numerous chapters in Tax Management, Inc.'s Tax Practice Series, and an assortment of law review articles, columns in professional periodicals, letters to the editor, computer-assisted tax law instruction software modules, computer programs, and genealogy books. He has authored several American Bar Association Section of Taxation reports. When he's not exploring or writing about tax, he's doing family history research, singing in his church choir, working out at the gym, listening to music, and talking.
