After having roamed the globe and touched down in many different exciting places, Amsterdam-born Irene Hoofs finally settled down with her family in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She is married and has two sons. Inspired by the talented artists she met on the internet and during her travels she started an on-line design journal Bloesem. Sharing ideas and spreading the word about upcoming designers from all continents. After becoming a mom herself, it was only natural to start her second design blog, Bloesem Kids.
